Graphic Arts - DES241 Web Design - Independence University

I initially enrolled in Graphic Arts with the hope that I could get into the video game industry. Before I had fully enrolled, I was told that Graphic Arts is more of stuff like posters, not actual video game design. Despite that, I still feel like I can get my foot in the door using Graphic Arts. I've always liked art and being creative, so even though it isn't the exact thing I wanted, I still feel like it's a good fit.

1. I'm hoping that my creativity will improve as I progress through my courses.
2. Being able to design on the spot, or to take inspiration from everyday things, would be extremely useful in this field; something I need to work on.
3. I'd like to have a better understanding of the Principles of Design.
